President

Caroline Vagner Rosenstand

Caroline Vagner Rosenstand joined as President for Atos Medical in early 2022. Caroline comes most recently from Coloplast A/S, where she has held several strategic and commercial leadership roles over the past seven years. Prior to that, she spent a decade in the Danish private equity company Axcel, and the management consultant company A.T. Kearney. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as practicing her strong passion for dressage riding.

Senior Vice President, Finance

John Hansveden

John Hansveden joined Atos Medical in August 2022 as Senior Vice President, Finance. John joined Atos from Coloplast where he spent seven years in leadership positions in the Wound & Skin Care business area. Before Coloplast, he spent eight years in corporate development and investment banking roles in Stockholm and London at Xylem Inc., JEGI CLARITY and Merrill Lynch. John holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business with a Major in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. Outside of work, John enjoys spending precious time with his wife and three children in and around their home in London as well as travelling to family-friendly places.

Senior Vice President, Operations & Quality

Martin Richardson

Atos Medical prides itself on delivering high–quality products and since October 2017, Martin Richardson has ensured we continue to deliver on what we promise. Before becoming Senior Vice President, Operations and Quality at Atos, Martin spent over 5 years at Baxter International Inc. in senior roles. Before commencing his professional career, Martin obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lund University. Outside of work, Martin values spending time with his family as well as participating in sports such as running and downhill skiing.

Karen Volz

Karen joined Atos as Chief Financial Officer, North America in September 2019.

Before joining Atos, Karen has held leadership positions across finance, operations, and supply chain with Unilever (consumer goods) and with Rockwell Automation (industrial automation). She was fortunate to join both companies with the adoption of a new division and was closely involved in their growth and change management journeys. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin system.

Today, in addition to change management, she is passionate about leading cross functional teams to drive business results and improve the customer experience.

She enjoys most spending time with her husband and two adult children. Travel, hiking, and cooking are all time well spent with family.

Pacale Chapuis

Before joining Atos Medical in 2018, Pascale Chapuis occupied various positions in several sectors of the health industry. She spent 8 years working for Johnson and Johnson in the Diabetes Care Franchise as Managing Director for the French subsidiary and previously as Marketing Director for France & Benelux. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Roche Pharma in a variety of roles in marketing, sales and business analytics covering diabetes, rheumatology, and obesity markets. Pascale is a graduate of IDRAC Paris Business School and holds a master’s degree in Health Marketing from Paris Medicine University. By belonging to a network of entrepreneurs (CJD Paris), Pascale is engaged in sharing and discussing common values, knowledge of the benefits of human capital, how to drive sustainable businesses and ways to build the future of companies together. She enjoys spending valuable family time with her husband and three children, as well as skiing and sailing.

Ulrik Hill Christiansen

Ulrik joined Atos Medical in September 2023 as Senior Vice President, New Markets, where he is continuously looking for new growth opportunities to help more people get access to laryngectomy and tracheostomy care.

Prior to joining Atos Medical, Ulrik spent over 15 years with our parent company Coloplast, where he has a strong track record across numerous commercial functions.

Ulrik lives in the northern part of Copenhagen, Denmark, with his wife and their three sons. When he’s not busy at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening (a lot) to music, cooking, trying to be a soccer-dad, and go cycling with his sons.

Vice president, people & Culture

Eva Brike

Eva Brike joined Atos Medical as Vice President, People & Culture in August 2022 and is tasked with nurturing our purpose-driven and engaging culture. Eva comes from a very strong background in strategic as well as operational HR work and has held several senior HR positions within a variety of global organizations such as TFS HealthScience, Resurs Holding, and Rosti Group. Eva holds a Bsc in Human Resource Management from Lund University and has a strong mindset and true understanding of people and culture as essential for the sustainability of an organization. On the personal side, Eva values all sorts of outdoor activities and lives in Lomma in the South of Sweden with her family.

Stefanie Schmitz

In 2012, Stefanie Schmitz joined Atos Medical as leader of the Key Account Management team in Germany. She then went on to head the marketing department before being promoted to Head of Strategic Sales. Stefanie was then promoted to German Sales Director in 2017 and effectively doubled the business and field sales team.

Today, Stefanie is the Managing Director of Atos Medical, Germany. She feels that working for Atos gives her a deep purpose and enjoys inspiring the same passion in others. As a leader, her goal is to create an environment in which employees can develop and grow.
Before commencing her career in the medical technology industry, Stefanie was a trained Anesthesiology and Intensive Care nurse and spent 10 years as an intensive care nurse at the German army hospital BWZK in Koblenz.

Outside of Atos life, Stefanie lives close to Koblenz with her husband and son. She enjoys listening to music and hiking amongst the Mosel vineyards.
