The role of our DTC teams is to support our customers with care calls, as well other forms of communication, such as texts and e-mails. Our DTC reps are normally assigned a specific territory and manage the relationships with all our customers within this region. This gives a high degree of ownership to our DTC reps and a better experience for our customers, who get to know their DTC rep well. This is far more rewarding than a typical “contact-center” job with a much higher level of autonomy and ownership. You will make a difference to our customers lives every day, helping our customers Speak and Breathe again.
You will join a growing organization, in 2019, the company grew to around 850 employees, most of these new roles were within our DTC and Sales teams. As you join a fast moving business, there are always opportunities to learn and develop your career within our DTC teams.
