Tricia Harris is a Clinical Educator with Atos Medical with specialized training in head and neck cancer, swallowing and voice disorders. She received her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Vanderbilt University in 2006, and then began her career in the acute care hospital setting. Tricia has spent the last 10 of her 18-year career as the senior speech-language pathologist at the West Cancer Center and UT Methodist Physicians in Memphis, TN, where she has served a large laryngectomy population and hosted numerous educational events for patients and health care providers. Tricia's primary expertise lies in the management of voice and pulmonary rehabilitation for patients with head and neck cancer and she is passionate about advocacy and raising awareness for those affected by cancer. In 2015, she established the Midsouth Laryngectomee Club which actively supports laryngectomy survivors from four surrounding states.
Katrina Lynn-Milo is a Clinical Educator with Atos Medical and received her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Syracuse University in 2008. She began her career at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center where she developed a keen interest in tracheoesophageal voice restoration, dysphagia and voice disorders. Prior to joining Atos, she worked at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx as a Senior II SLP, covering both acute care and outpatient settings, as well as serving as a member of the multidisciplinary head and neck cancer team. Katrina has dedicated 14 years of her career to the head and neck cancer and total laryngectomee populations. She is one of only three SLPs nationally to have achieved Certification as a Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) by the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA).
Megan Quinn received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Duke University. She began her career at Ann & Robert H Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago as a pediatric intensive care unit nurse and later as a pediatric palliative care nurse practitioner. Megan has cared for infants, children, and young adults with complex medical needs including tracheostomies throughout her entire career. She is currently certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner - primary care. In her role as a nurse practitioner, she was able to explore research and quality improvement opportunities, co-authoring papers and presenting her work across the country. She is involved in multiple professional organizations and currently serves as the membership co-chair on the Illinois Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Megan joined Atos Medical in 2024 as a Clinical Navigator in the Case Management Department and transitioned to a Tracheostomy Clinical Educator in 2025.
